The Faster Way To Blast Your Flab Away

Have you noticed that some people seem to be able to slim down much faster than others? I have too and after interviewing a few of them, I managed to track down some common things that they do to blast away their flab. Here are 3 weight loss tips for your consideration.

The basic idea behind weight loss is to burn more calories than you take in. One way you can do that is to step up on your exercise routine. If possible, aim to hit at least 5 hours of exercise per week. That is about an hour each week day.

To get the benefits of a holistic exercise routine, vary your sessions between weight training and cardio workouts. If you are short for time, consider multitasking.

What you are doing is to combine two or more separate exercises into one. In short, you are challenging a few muscle groups at the same time. For example, you could do lunge with press. Start with 2 dumbbells on each hand, elbows bent, at your shoulder height. Lunge forward with your right foot and keep your right knees behind your toes. Push the dumbbells over your head as you do that. Then return to start as you lower the weights. Such moves will engage your abs and your various body parts at the same time.

Another tip is to change the intensity of each workout. By adding burst of intense sessions into your workout, you are actually stressing the muscles so that they have to work extra hard and will give you the leaner look.

Besides exercises, you need to be smart and wise about your diet. Keep away from crash diets and reduce your calorie intake to no more than 2200 calories a day. Aim to reduce your portions and opt for healthier options such as vegetable and fruits.

At the same time, keep away from all beverages except water. Soda and fruit juices are known to be very high in calories. Do not even consider alcohol as that increases your hunger and makes you lethargic.

If you are able to work on these weight loss tips, you should have little problem in achieving the ideal weight you want within 4 weeks. So don’t wait. If others can do it, so can you.
