Have you noticed that some people seem to be able to slim down much faster than others? I have too and after interviewing a few of them, I managed to track down some common things that they do to blast away their flab. Here are 3 weight loss tips for your consideration.

The basic idea behind weight loss is to burn more calories than you take in. One way you can do that is to step up on your exercise routine. If possible, aim to hit at least 5 hours of exercise per week. That is about an hour each week day.
