Do you find that you cannot lose weight anymore after losing weight successfully for the first couple of weeks that you started on a new weight loss plan? If so, you are probably hitting your weight loss plateau.

Most of us lose weight quickly early in diet program simply because they are created to offer us ‘instant weight loss’. Sadly enough, this ‘instant weight loss’ is more often than not ‘temporary’ weight loss.
